Final Checklist

Please double check that you've completed the following forms to ensure a smooth and efficient check in.​

All campers MUST have completed all required forms by the first day of camp. If you are missing a required form during first day check in, you will be instructed to move to a separate line to complete any missing paperwork.

1. REGISTRATION FORM

This is where you complete the payment for your camper. Online registration  is open from April 14, 2026 - May 22, 2026.

2. HEALTH FORM

This is where you complete the state mandated health form for your camper. You will not be able to leave your camper without a completed health form on record.

3. PAYMENT

We offer a few convenient ways to complete your camp payment:

  • Online Payments: A payment link will be included directly on the registration form for easy online checkout.
     

  • Cash or Check: Cash and check payments will be accepted through May 22, 2026. Cash or checks should be delivered to the James Bowie High School front office.

    • Cash - Please label the envelope "Summer Camp Registration Payment - Cortney Hall"

    • Checks - Please make all checks out to "Bowie High School Drama"

  • Debit/Credit Cards: At this time, we are unable to accept in-person debit or credit card payments.
