At the Bowie STC Summer Drama Camp, we believe every child deserves a place to imagine, create, and shine. Our camp is designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and collaboration through the magic of theatre.

 

From acting and improvisation to costume design, props, and backstage magic, campers have the opportunity to explore every part of the theatrical experience in a fun, supportive environment. Whether they love being in the spotlight or creating behind the scenes, every camper is encouraged to discover their unique talents and express themselves.What makes our camp truly special is that it is a student-led experience.

 

Our Bowie High School Theatre students serve as camp guides and mentors, helping campers feel welcomed, supported, and excited throughout the week. They also play an active role in designing and leading workshop classes, giving campers the opportunity to learn from passionate young theatre leaders who bring creativity, energy, and real stage experience to every activity.
